By purchasing products from Enchanted by Tina, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information All products offered by Enchanted by Tina are non-consumable and intended for external use only. We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality; however, individual reactions may vary. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the following terms.

2. Allergy Disclaimer While we provide detailed ingredient lists for all products, Enchanted by Tina is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to any ingredients. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list and consult with a healthcare provider if you have concerns about allergies or sensitivities to any of the listed ingredients.

3. Non-Consumable Products - All products sold by Enchanted by Tina are non-consumable. They are intended for external use only and should not be ingested or consumed in any manner.

4. Return and Refund Policy You are entitled to a 14-day return period from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be in original, unopened condition. If the product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for exchange or refund due to the nature of the product being non-resalable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and products must be returned in their original condition (unopened) to qualify for a refund or exchange. If a product is received in a non-refundable condition, the buyer is allowed to pay for return shipping at their cost to get the product back.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enchanted by Tina shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses, including but not limited to medical costs, legal fees, or personal injury, arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use the products. By purchasing our products, you agree to hold Enchanted by Tina harmless and waive any claims for damages or injuries related to the use of our products.

8. Governing Law - Terms and Conditions Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Indiana.
